For DITA 1.1 which will be released in the 1st quarter 2007 SeicoDyne developed the concepts for the xNAL domain. An important constituent of DITA 1.1 DTD which is particularly implemented in Bookmaps. The xNAL Domain is a reduced form of the OASIS xNAL standard. This part of DITA DTD is used to describe name and addresses of persons and companies and is designed to enter the complex and the very different forms of names and addresses throughout the world.
For the development of the DITA 1.2 standard (release expected for 2008) the DITA Technical Committee founds several subcommittees. One of these is the DITA Machine Industry Subcommittee which is headed by Chris Kravogel of SeicoDyne. more? |
